POSTER CONTEST
Rules & Regulations |
|
Competition is open to any Lake County 4-H Club or FFA Chapter
The poster should educate the public on some aspect relating to a
livestock project (i.e. care, feeding, grooming, breeds, etc.) One entry
per Club or Chapter, with the exception of an additional Club Cloverbud
entry for Rabbits and Poultry. Clubs or Chapters may enter all divisions.
Divisons will be:
Beef Breeding Dairy
Goat Poultry
Rabbit
Steer
Swine
Name of 4-H Club or FFA Chapter cannot appear on the front of the poster.
Name of 4-H Club or FFA Chapter must be on the back of the poster in one
of the lower corners.
Only use full size foam board for making your poster. These posters will
be on display in the barn for the entire fair time as space permits.
Regular poster board will not hold up in the wind and humidity. Any color
foam board may be used. Please use regular glue, as past glue sticks will
not hold up in the weather.
Any 4-H Club’s Cloverbuds may enter a separate poster as a Cloverbud
group. These posters will not be eligible for premiums, only participation
awards.
No three dimensional objects may be attached to the poster.
Entries will be due at the time of check-in for each animal.
Entries may be picked up the final Saturday evening at close of the fair.
