All entries must be securely framed, properly wired and in good taste for hanging. Non-conforming entries will not be accepted as judged by the acceptance committee.
Only one work of the three may be as much as 36 inches on a side, including frame. The other 2 should be smaller than 24 inches on a side, including frame. This is due to available space.
Entries must be original work only. Any work previously shown at the Fair will not be eligible. Work done in a class should not be shown.
If there are less than ten (10) entries in any category, that category will be combined with a compatible group for judging.
Prospective purchasers name and phone number will be attached to the back of work of art.
Please follow instructions and print information on the entry form. Additional entry blanks may be had upon request or available on delivery date.
ALL ENTRIES MUST STAY FOR DURATION OF FAIR. Make arrangements if unable to pick up your work at the removal time. A fee may be charged if pictures are left after removal time.
Please keep picture titles as short as possible.
A “Peoples Choice Award” will be given to the work receiving the greatest number of viewers’ votes.
All participants will be asked to donate a few hours to sit the show during the fair.
It is understood that the exhibits are entered in competition for prizes, and that the owner assumes all responsibility for any accident, loss or damage that may occur. The Lake County Fair Association, Inc., the County of Lake, Officers of the Association or its agents will not be held responsible for any loss, accident or damage.
