Lake County Fair Hay Bale Contest

The Lake County Fair Hay Bale Contest is open to all Lake County 4-H Clubs and FFA Chapters.

This year's theme is...Lake County Fair...Fun for Everyone!

The Hay Bale Decorating Contest is open to all Lake County 4-H Clubs and FFA Chapters.
Clubs and Chapters will be responsible for acquiring their own Hay Bales this year.
The Contest will be done in coordination with a local business. The Hay Bale will be decorated at the business and then judged a week before the Fair opens.
The Top 3 winners, depending on space, will be invited to be displayed at the Fair. It will be the responsibility of the club/chapter to move the Hay Bale to the Fairgrounds.
Deadline for entry is February 17, 2023, please email your entry form to thefair@lakecofair.com.
