Buyer Thank-You Letters Due Friday May 1, 2026!
Each exhibitor MUST prepare a letter of thanks to their buyer.
Letters must be addressed (i.e.: To Buyer & From Exhibitor), using Business Letter Block
format. Letters may be typed or hand-written.
Envelopes are NOT required-Please make sure to include the ADDRESS of your buyer on your letter.
Thank you letters MUST be at the fair office by 5:00pm on Friday May 1, 2026!
